Established, growing, vertically integrated Tech Firm and distributor is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative.
Answers incoming customer inquiries, places orders, works daily to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability through professional interaction with both internal and external customers. Works closely with other departments as required. Professional appearance and phone etiquette required. Ideal candidate is committed to improving the total customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, internet, and fax.
• Input telephone, internet, and fax orders daily.
• Support returns and special projects as required.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (some college preferred); minimum two years of fulltime customer service experience.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
• Out-going, positive attitude.
• Highly dependable and team oriented.
• Superior telephone and email etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and other departments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work at a keyboard for 8 hours a day.
• Able to set goals, prioritize, exercise good judgment, problem solve and be proactive. .
• Competent at learning new technology, working in a call center, and mastering apparel industry order entry.
• Typing (30 wpm)
• Retail experience a plus!
• Able to work as a team member and independently
