This 3 historic plates were produced in England around the turn of the last century they are square, measure 8.5" in the center there are transfer engravings depicting Gads Hill the home of Charles Dickens Stratford-On-Avon the birthplace of William Shakespeare Abbotsford the home of Sir Walter Scott 2 plates were repaired in the most masterful fashion, so the repair line are not apparent
