I have a furnished Studio/1BDR in the Fenway area. It has hardwood floors, new kitchen (appliances, floor tiles, countertop, cabinets), and new bathroom (tiles, sink, cabinet). The apartment has Air conditioner, black leather couch (extendable to a queen sized bed) and sofa, coffee table, dinning table and chairs, wall mounted LCD TV and DVD player, closet space among other things. There is a washer/dryer in the basement of the building. The apartment is on the 4th floor. The building has elevators, storage room, and bike room.
The building is within walking distance to MFA, Isabella Gardener Museum, BU, Northeastern University, Simmons College, Emmanuel, all the hospitals in the Longwood area, gym, movies, sports bar, pubs and clubs. It is 2 blocks from the Fenway Park and the Fenway T station. There is a big 24/7 Shaws supermarket literally in the parking lot of the building. There is also a running track, baseball field, and basketball court close to the building. Pets are allowed in the building. Most of the residents are young married couples or professionals.
The rent includes heat, hot water, and electricity.
I am looking to rent the place to a professional/couple/ grad student as of November 3rd. I can rent the place out on a month-to-month basis or lease. I am looking for a dependable person who will keep my place clean and will not have bouncing check problems.
