Indoor "Garage Sale" July 5th, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (South End)

Various items for sale inside my apartment Saturday, July 5th, between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (only). Address: 155 Northampton Street (between Massachusetts Avenue and Shawmut Avenue) Apartment 301, door code: 0011. Please don't come early or late, and bring picture I.D. to show security guard. Some prices are fixed, but most are negotiable -- all are reasonable or cheap. There ARE bargains to be had. Cash and carry only, and all sales final. Please come sober, and respect my home and neighbors. Not a moving sale, and apartment is not "child proofed" (please mind the little ones). Items for sale include: assorted mugs and cups, new cotton pillows, set of new blue full-size sheets $12, brown table lamp $7, black modern end table, stew pot, cookie sheet, new 1.5 qt. crock pot $8,  men's X-lg. herringbone jacket $10,  two red and white throw pillows (like new),  small sauce pot,  set of green throw rugs (as is),  Pyrex 8" pie pan,  misc. men's large T-shirts, two small tote bags, PowerMac Pc (operating system 8.1.) $25, two slightly used red candles, mahogany wood armless chair with black leather seat $10, working Toshiba VCR (without remote) $10,  men's large sheepskin brown leather jacket $20, small traveling ironing board, unused whiskey flask, electric "hot pot", small umbrella w/wooden handle, working rotating fan (needs cleaning), toaster, 4-pc. set of small luggage on casters, 2 10-pound dumbells, plastic collander, men's lg. "retro" burgundy blazer (never worn) $10,  2 small tote bags, dish rack, assorted sheer white curtains (as is),  a few books, a few old cassettes, misc. old computer software in great condition, a few X-lg. men's shirts (cleaned) $3 ea., various bric-abrac. I am not a street vendor -- just inviting some friends, neighbors, and Craigslist and Kijiji customers into my home during the holiday weekend to take advantage of my "late Spring cleaning".
