Date Listed: Apr-05-08 The international volunteer project aims to improve the quality of life of Peruan children, teenagers and women. The project works in rural areas and rural communities, developing a set of strategies and actions to reduce the indexes of exclusion and to help in the solution of family problems such as violence against children and lack of education. It is a program that works on many levels from theoretical to practical activities. One of the places where this program works is the orphanage URPI at the City of Ayacucho, Peru. Volunteers will develop many activities, depending on their skills and experiences, their interests, their specialties.
