The 50/50 Diet Plan - whose goal is simply to boost the intake of fruits and vegetables to 50% of one's diet - clears a path to increased energy, reduced aches and pains, strengthened immunity, and improved overall health. "The 50/50 Diet Plan" will run from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, Saturday, June 7th, at the Maynard Knights of Columbus Hall, 40 Summer Street, in downtown Maynard. Admission is $35.
