I am interested in selling my buisness. I have an original Pollard Diner car made and manufactured in Lowell, MA, that I currently own and operate a breakfast buisness out of in Biddeford, ME. The Diner car is the last of the Pollard's and is in perfect condition. It has only had 6 owners and is in its 75th year of operation. The diner seats 15 at a counter and has all original stainless steel as well as a brand new kitchen that is only 8 years old. We have established a regular clintel, however I am certian that there is a demand for the diner at night, seeing there is quite a bit of traffic downtown during the evening after hours.
