I've got an Internal/External Floppy Drive, model number FD-05U that came out of my old ThinkPad and worked when I last used it. It fits internally in IBM Thinkpad 770 Series: 770, 770E, and 770X. Externally, with the proper connection cable (which I do not have) it will work with Thinkpad 560, 570, 600 and 770. Feel free to ask questions. More pictures furnished upon request.
