Loaded with all the bell & whistles you'd expect of a vintage English Raleigh, and in 8.5 out of 10 [9.5 w/better fenders] time warp condition! This bike is almost as mint as they get w/ the exception of couple dents in the rear fender [which can be worked out by a body shop if desired] but won't affect safety, and
about as good as they get (if you want the best ~ here it is!) Just tuned up by me, a UBI (bikeschool .com) Certified Advanced Bike Tech (w/ 22 years exp. & 12k in tools) wheels quite true for steel, ~ runs and rides wonderful!
Finally while the likely original tires have sidewall cracks and one low spot in the front [from sitting, but tubes hold air fine!], I wouldn't worry too much about them and could also use a drive side cotter pin (though tightened and works just fine, replacement wouldn't be a bad idea due to brinelling) but again thats up to you if you want replacement and you'll have one swell bike!
