Well I'm about me I'm in my 20's and work full time. My roommate is leaving in September, so I need to replace her. I'm pretty laid back and quiet for the most part, and easy to get along with. I'm not too neat not too messy. I keep the common areas clean, but my room isn't always so clean mostly cuz it's so small. On to the apartment...it's a two bedroom split, meaning there's no living room. There are two bedrooms, a huge eat-in kitchen, small hall way, and average size bathroom. Your room is HUGE I definatly have the smaller of the two. That room will easily fit a king size bed, desk, dresser, entertainment center and more! There is laundry in the building. As far as bills go rent is $575 and includes gas and hot water. We split electric, cable and internet. Our apartment is located between Brighton Avenue and Cambridge Street. Just a half block away is Store 24, Herrells Ice Cream, The Kells, Harpers Ferry, Blanchards, Big City, and Redneck's Pizza. This apartment is truly in the middle of everything. The Harvard Ave T-stop (Green line B train) is a five minute walk at most, the 57 bus line is a half a block away, and the 66 bus into Brookline is only a couple of blocks away.
