There are also a lot of other cool people in the building. The apartment has a back porch, a back yard, washer and dryer in basement, off street parking (ideal for someone who doesn't have a Mass license plate), dishwasher, food disposal. Utilities come to around $50 total per month which includes wireless internet and cable. There is a big eat-in kitchen and a spacious living room as well. First and last month would be required before move in date. Available June 1st or possibly earlier if desired and can remain furnished if need be.
Great for: Northeastern, Mass Art, Wentworth, New England Conservatory and Berkley Music Students. Near by you will find: Stop and Shop, Walgreen's, a 7-11, liquor stores, lots of bars and restaurants. Very close to green line and orange line, as well as hospitals and the Museum of Fine Arts This apartment is great for a student looking to have a great time this summer in an inexpensive room, in an area where you are surrounded by other students and artists.
