Your room would be 14 x 10 with your own full bath directly outside your room. Its located inside Windsor Village in Waltham. We rent out one of the Beacon apartments 3 bed, 2.5 baths. Included Gas, Electric, Comcast HD Cable, Phone and Internet. Furnishings The room comes with a 27 TV, queen pillow top mattress, a large computer desk, and some furniture from Target. These can all be removed if you dont want them.Onetime fee There is a 100 onetime sign up fee with Windsor Village, and they need to perform a background check.Animals We have 2 declawed cats, but are very good about keeping the apartment looking and smelling cat free. If you have a cat or small dog, Windsor requires an additional 50 a month for the animal.
