I am looking to sublet my space in the apartment I share with my roommate. I would love to stay but will be out of the state for work. Our lease runs up at the end of August, so there is potential to stay.
The apartment is located right on the B-line on Commonwealth Ave in Allston. It is in a fantastic location: there is a T stop literally across the street, a CVS 5 minutes down the road, Shaws and Trader Joe's are both within a 15 minute walk, and there is a restaurant next door. I work right by Fenway and it takes me 20-25 minutes to get to work if I take the train. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. My roommate, whom you would be sharing the space with, is a young professional in her mid-20's.
