Mariner's Point is a wonderful NON SMOKING family friendly resort. We own approximately 290 ft. of gorgeous private ocean beach front overlooking Vineyard Sound. Situated in historic Falmouth Heights we are conveniently located near downtown shopping, restaurants, fishing jetties and charter boats, golf, bike and hiking trails. Mariner's Point is at the center of many events including Fourth of July fireworks and the famous Falmouth Road Race. The perfect place for your vacation! The sweeping lawn abuts the town of Falmouth kite park where a magnificent array of kites in every color and as large as 10' fly through the summer. Watch the sailboats in Falmouth Harbor and walk to the dock for fishing or the Island Queen Ferry for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard. The unit is non-smoking and has TV/DVD Player, Cable, A/C, toaster, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, utensils, and hair dryer. It is equipped with a partial-kitchen with a 2 burner electric range/sink and refrigerator and has a private patio. Unit sleeps up to four people with a pull-down double Murphy bed & queen size sleep sofa with a partial kitchen set for four. Sauna, Pool & Jacuzzi: are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m. daily. On-Site Resort Services: Complimentary coffee and pastry is available on Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Special Services: Irons, ironing boards, extra pillows, extra towels or pool towels are available. Maid service is available at an additional charge. Ice and Vending Machines: Ice is free to guests and available outside the office. A soda machine is also available. Free Internet access available in office area. Local Restaurants/Attractions: A guide to restaurants is available in the office. Brochures for local attractions such as whale watches, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, etc. are also available. Video/DVD Rentals Available in Office Copy service is available at the front desk for a charge of 25 cents per copy A fax machine is available at the front desk for guests at $1.00 per page.
