Burlington Marriott One Mall Road Burlington, MA 01803 We are proud to offer the following opportunities: Servers- Full Time PM Shift Pay Rate: $4.20 per hour + Tips Responsible for greeting and serving guests following the Company's service standards procedures. Provides guests with information on the menu, wine list, specials, etc. Uses point of sales system; ensuring order is placed completely and correctly. Follows proper cash/credit procedures. Complete all side work daily and bus tables when necessary. Must have excellent guest service skills and be available to work a flexible schedule. Must meet all state and federals legal requirements as they relate to the position. Baker- Full Time AM Shift Pay Rate: $12.80 Prepares all bakery items as stated on the daily production charts. Ensures products are prepared on time and presented attractively. Must be able to follow recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations to determine quantities needed. Maintains a high level of safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen area. Culinary school preferred. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Station Attendant- Full Time AM/PM Shift Must be Flexible Pay Rate: $10.35 Responsible for the production of all commissary food items. Maintains a clean and orderly work area. Ensures that all food items are dated, rotated and inventoried. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule. Food Runner- Full Time AM/PM Shifts Pay Rate: $9.45 per hour Responsible for assisting servers in delivering food items to guests in a timely manner., Must have excellent guest relations and communication skills. Must be available to work flexible schedule. Cooks- Full Time Pay rate: $11.80-$12.80 hrly A LA CARTE: Prepare mise en place for assigned station. Cook and present all food items in accordance with standards and use records. Includes the ability to properly grill, broil, fry, poach, etc. any menu item to a guest's specification. BANQUETS: Prepare the mise en place and properly cook and present the menu items for assigned Banquet Event Orders, Production Charts, Cafeteria, Concierge and/or Room Service hospitality menus. This includes correctly counting and cooking foods in large quantities according to use records and standards using the techniques of roasting, baking, grilling, steaming, broiling, etc. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
