Housekeeper anf Front Desk Positions

Marriott International is now hiring for Full-Time Housekeepers and Part-Time Front Desk at Peabody Spring Hill Suites.

Housekeeper:

To ensure that all guestrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the Company standards both in quality and in quantity. Replace any used amenities and report any maintenance concerns. Completely re-stock cart at end of every shift. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule.

Front Desk:

Responsible for check in and check out services to hotel guests. Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest rooms, credit card are verified and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift. Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed. Responsible for maintaining guest privacy and ensuring guest security with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy. Answers front desk telephone, directing calls as needed. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Works to quickly resolve guest issues, questions, or concerns, escalating as appropriate. Must posses ability to communicate clearly with guests, present a professional and hospitable image following the Company standards, and provide excellent guest service.
