NO. 509530: 1 FT, AM/PM Will assist hotel managers in leading the front of the house and heart of the house hotel operations as a key member of the leadership team. On a rotating basis will assist guest service management in managing daily activities and staff of the guest services and front desk areas, and will assist housekeeping management in managing daily activities of housekeeping, laundry and recreation staff. Responsible for completing inspections of both public and guest room areas. Helps with the administrative duties for the departments. Individual will be responsible for scheduling, payroll, and maintaining positive associate relations through positive leadership. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills. Bi-lingual applicants desired. Previous supervisory and hotel operations experience is preferred, but not required. However, prior customer service or guest relations experience is required. Position requires excellent guest service skills, great organizational skills, and the adaptability to rotate between the different roles. Must be available to work a flexible AM/PM schedule, rotating days and shifts including weekends and holidays. $12.00 per hour + a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition, room discounts, and more!).
