Supervision Received § Receives supervision in terms of specific objectives from the Site Acquisition Manager. B. Supervision Exercised § Provides operational direction to Site Acquisition Specialist as assigned. C. Contacts § Routine contact with the client and landlords through site visits to landlord’s property. § Daily contact with the Site Acquisition Coordinators in the market to discuss the status of schedules; site selection resolutions; and meetings with customer. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: 1. Recommends contractor guidelines, policies and procedures that adhere to Bechtel’s technical and quality requirements; provides technical guidelines and information for project planning, scheduling and implementation. 2. Oversees Site Acquisition contractor(s) in the site acquisition process. 3. Prepares regional staff budgets and work schedules for the approval of the responsible manager; prepares progress reports and submits staffing, cost and budget forecasts. 4. Confirms evidence of a fully executed lease with appropriate exhibits, final zoning approval documentation and drawings, building permits, and stamped construction drawing to ensure consistency. 5. Reviews and monitors regional site acquisition programs for progress. 6. Coordinates Phase 1 and National Environmental Protection Act compliance with the Site Acquisition manager and client. 7. Assists with execution of commencement packages and final lease documents. 8. Finalizes all regulatory documentation including zoning imposed by local jurisdictions, state regulatory requirements, and federal packages for compliance filing with the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communication Commission, and any other regulatory agencies. 9. Verifies that all final/reviewed site-specific information is consistent throughout the Site Acquisition file documentation and tracking system. JOB KNOWLEDGE: Experience is generally acquired through an undergraduate degree in real estate (paralegal) or related degree majors; and/or related progressive work experience. Proficient with office automated applications, strong organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication. Approved Project Drivers Permit is required for this position and must be obtained within 14 days of report date |
