Date Listed: Apr-02-08 EBI Consulting seeks an RF-EME Coordinator to work out of our Burlington, MA headquarters. The RF-EME Program Coordinator will provide support to our RF-EME national program team. Responsibilities will include administrative tasks, database entry, communication w/remote field staff and report preparers, and project assignment/tracking. The work will be focused upon telecommunications facilities' radiofrequency electromagnetic energy safety plan preparation. It involves booking incoming assignments, maintaining RF-EME program schedules, coordination with project authors and reviewers on project start dates, due dates and download of photos / drawings to EBI's server, updating project scheduling system as plans are reviewed and completed, and coordinating with appropriate client managers and accounting staff for invoicing projects/portfolios. The program coordinator will be responsible for maintaining RF-EME technical staff project schedules, and adjusting workload to ensure that client deliverable dates are met. He/she is also responsible for providing weekly schedule updates to ops and sales staff. The position also involves extensive use of client databases (e.g. Siterra and Insite) to review, download and populate project files with engineering drawings and other required RF-EME data. This function is critical and time-sensitive, as project turnaround times often are two weeks or less and remote staff is being used more frequently to provide prepare project deliverables; they rely upon project folders being opened and populated promptly with information to complete their field work/reports. Once a project is completed, the coordinator is responsible for ensuring that PTS is updated and requests for invoices are promptly submitted; currently project invoicing is averaging approximately 120-150 sites/month. Candidate Requirements To be successful in this position, the candidate should have the following skill sets:
