ESL Teachers - Make money recording English lessons at home

We're looking for ESL teachers to record short video English lessons for our website, engVid. As a teacher, you will receive 70% to 80% of the advertising revenue that their content generates. Your content and copyright remains your own. Additionally, teachers can promote their own private lessons, online or otherwise, can link to products they have for sale or their personal websites, and so on.

engVid offers free English video lessons to students. In this, it is not different from YouTube or any other video sharing site. The videos on engVid can, in fact, be embedded from YouTube and its peers.  For students, however, engVid provides a much more conducive environment for learning English than YouTube does. The lessons on engVid are all moderated for quality, and are properly categorized. There are none of the typical YouTube distractions of exploding Diet Coke cans and elephants painting self-portraits. Students don't have to wade through reams of unrelated content – everything on the site is dedicated to the purpose of studying English.

It's simple to record lessons - simply pick a fairly small topic, and record your lesson using a standard digital camera. You can do your lessons at home, in a class setting with a whiteboard, or be more adventurous and take students on a tour of your neighborhood, explaining English terms, vocabulary, and concepts as you go. It's up to you what lessons you record, how many you record, and how often you do it.
