Duties include, but are not limited to: · Develop a business plan for his/her territory and execute the plan based on priorities to obtain maximum potential · Achieve or exceed other goals agreed upon with supervisor to ensure good territory management and professional development · Complete necessary and required administrative duties accurately and on time · Promote the profitable sale of, and solicit orders from the assigned accounts for all products, lines and services provided by the Company · Carry out the directives of Management in a prompt and accurate manner · Present inquires to Inside Sales and Management in a neat, organized manner that will allow quotations to be calculated quickly and accurately · Follow up on all written and verbal quotations. Report to the Director of Sales, the status of those quotes and next actions required · Keep Director of Sales informed of all sales activities and customer feedback · Establish monthly itinerary for calling on accounts based on present and potential sales volume · Work with factory representatives as directed by the Business Owners and Director of Sales · Attend sales and product meetings as directed by the Director of Sales in an effort to increase selling skills · Call on accounts in accordance with the customer’s established procedures and policies Requirements: Ideal applicant will have experience working with or selling Food Processing Equipment. Ability to develop new clients and service company accounts in an established territory. Some mechanical knowledge required. Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft products and data based management tools required.
