Retail Sales/Training Call Program Description: Campaigners, a Tier –One Sa les and Marketing firm has partnered with the leading manufacturer of navigation and communications equipment that ranges from aviation to consumer markets. Although our client has a diverse product line, this program’s focus is on PND’s (Portable Navigation Device). They strive to enrich the lives of customers, suppliers, distributors, and employees by providing the very best products that offer superior quality, safety, and operational features at affordable prices. To do this effectively, Campaigners is currently seeking outstanding Part-Time Training and Sales Specialists to conduct various Training projects in Big Box Consumer Electronics Retailers in the Chicago, IL Market. Program Focus:
Products: § Portable Navigation Devices (PND)- o Nuvi Series o Street Pilot Series o Accessories Retailer: § Circuit City Compensation: § $15 per 60 minute visit for Sales/Training Call § Paid mileage per completed visit § Paid training Program Length: § March 1, 2008 – August 31, 2008 VISIT FOCUS Training Call: § Two, 60-minute Training SalesCall visits to each assigned store per month: o Train on client product line while working to build relationships with department managers/supervisors and sales associates o Build in-store product knowledge and awareness quickly and efficiently o Effectively build brand loyalty and increase "comfort level" with client’s brand o Qualify and sell to end users when possible o Emphasize competitive differentiators o Collect market research/consumer insight and competitive information Formal Training: § Schedule and conduct an average of one Formal Training event per month (six total over program length): o Formal Trainings allow Delegates to extended their training reach to all store personnel o Focused Training Environment o Schedule with Management personnel o Typically on a weekend before the store opens o Formal Training may not be performed on same day as regular monthly visit o Formal Training is in addition to, not a replacement or instead of, the regular monthly visit Dress Code: § Lanyard with name tag § Clean and pressed, solid-colored polo shirt or solid, white button-down woven long sleeved shirt § Black/dark, pressed business slacks § Black business shoes (no sneakers, open-toed shoes, or jeans) § Best Buy protocol – no jewelry Qualifications: § Must have prior experience training sales associates in a retail environment ideally in area of consumer electronics, preferably with Personal Hand-held devices, cell phones, computers § Previous training or teaching experience is preferred § Sales/Customer Service experience in big box retailers preferred § Delegates must have high energy and be willing and able to interact with crowds of people and on a 1:1 basis § Must be able to communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms to customers § Must be able to commit to all assigned stores in their area § Must be able and willing to stand for minimum period of four (4) hours § Must be able and willing to work weekends § Must have computer at home and internet service § Familiarity with on-line reporting preferred § Ownership of Market Delegate Training:
