My Friends mom  birthday is coming up and she wants a puppy...She was diagnosed with breast cancer about a month ago and wants a companion since she lives alone. Im looking for a nice puppy to give her since I love her like my own mom. Anywhere from 6- 12 weeks is preferable, but i dont have much cash...can someone help me? Also a small breed woul be nice
