 WINDOWS  XP, VISTA, RE- INSTALLATION :
if your computer has crashed and doesn't start or you get a blue or black screen re-installation of the
operating system will be required, customer has to provide me windows  KEY or I will offer affordable option .
 
COMPLETE WINDOWS RECOVERY:
if your computer has crashed and you get a blue or black screen, a complete  windows recovery may be
needed and if your system has the windows recovery partition I'll run the recovery from the system and return
it to the factory default configuration  . 
 
WIRELESS NETWORK SETUP + INTERNET
SECURITY: I'll install the router, configure a password and user name , change the SSID and secure the
Internet using encryption 128,  and I will install the wireless adapter . Includes 2 PC, customer has to provide
me the router  and wireless adapter , or I will offer affordable option , there will be a 25.00 charge for
additional PC .
 
WINDOWS UPGRADE :
If you still have a computer running windows 98 or 2000 it's time to upgrade it to windows XP , I'll install the
new windows XP on your computer but you will have to provide me the windows XP CD or I'll offer affordable
option .
 
VIRUS REMOVAL :
I will remove all virus from your computer, but remember that in some cases re-installation of a fresh copy of
the windows XP may be needed .
 
SPYWARE REMOVAL :
I'll remove all spywares from your computer but, remember in some cases re-installation of a fresh copy of the
windows XP may be needed.
 
I/O CARD INSTALLATION :
If you are thinking about installing a new card in your computer whether it's a 3d video card , sound card or
internet card I'll install it for you but you'll have to provide me the cards.
 
OPTICAL DRIVE INSTALLATION :                          
I'll install a DVD or CD burner on your computer  but you will have to provide me the hardware or I will offer
affordable option .
 
HARD DRIVE INSTALLATION :
I'll install a new hard driver on your computer but you'll have to provide me the hard driver or I will offer
affordable option .
 
MEMORY INSTALLATION :
one of the most affordable way of increasing your computer performance is to add more memory ram, I'll
install memory in your computer but you will have to provide me the memory module. or I will offer affordable
 
DATA MIGRATION :
If you just bought a new computer and want all files transferred from the old computer to the new one I'll
transfer all the files.

if you just bought  a new or need to re-install an old  printer camera or scanner I will install it  and ensure it
works properly with your PC.

CLEANING :

if you prefer to hardwire your network, I'll install the modem and network card , run the cables and install the

if you have a hard drive that needs to be partitioned for faster access or you simply need two partition for
different kinds of files and folder, cyberntic we'll take care of it for you .
 
 
POWER SUPPLY REPLACEMENT : if you computer wont turn on when you push the power
button, it may need a new power supply, and if that's the case I'll replace it with a new one , price listed does
not include parts .
 
HARD DRIVE BACK UP : if you computer has crashed due to any reason  and you would like all the
pictures and musics saved before re-installing windows XP,   I will save all the files and reload it onto the
computer after repairing it , price includes maximum of 10 GB
 
SYSTEM'S  DIAGNOSTIC  A1: If your desktop computer does nothing at all when you try to start it,
the problem is either :  
A: a bad power supply                  
B: a dead motherboard
C: the unit start button
I will run a full diagnostic and find out what the problem is .
 
SYSTEM'S DIAGNOSTIC A2: If your desktop computer  re-starts by itself or suddenly shuts down,
the problem is either :
A)  The system is overheating the MEMORY or the  PROCESSOR
B)   The system has been recently upgraded and a hardware conflict exists
C) the system possesses a really bad virus and it has corrupted the system's registry . I will run a full
diagnostic and find out what the problem is .

BIOS PASSWORD RESET:

if you forgot your windows password I will recover it  or reset it, proof of ownership will be required.
