If I can't fix it..you pay NOTHING!!

My story:

I was home visiting my parents for dinner on a rainy Sunday night for our

bi-weekly family dinner and I was throwing ideas out about what I should do for

part time work. Waiter? Bar tender? UPS worker? I wasn't sure what I wanted to

do. Later than night I was busy working on my Mom's computer and she said "THIS

is what you should do!"

About me:

I'm 24 years old and I have a full time job in IT.  I have a bachelors degree in

computer science and I have six years of full and part time IT experience.  I

have been breaking down and building up PC's and software since I was a freshman

in high school.  It's something I find extremely interesting.  I do most of my

PC repairs in my apartment or on-site.  


Stuff I do:

* Desktop repairs

* Reinstall your Operating System (Windows 98,2000,XP and Vista)

* Data backup

* Desktop Optimization (make it run faster without buying new hardware!)

* Computer upgrades including Memory or Power upgrades

* Home Internet Setup/ DSL/CABLE Modem Setup

* Wireless Network Setup

* Setup new Anti-virus, Anti-Adware, and Anti-Spyware software

* Virus, Adware, and Spyware removal

* Firewall setup and securing your PC

* Hard Drive, Memory, DVD or CD replacements

* iPOD/iTunes setup or any other MP3/music player

* Upgrade to a newer version of Windows

* Teaching: I will teach you how to use your PC, set it up, or even fix it
  yourself if you are interested in learning.  I am more than happy to sit down
  with you over a cup of coffee and answer all of your questions to the best of
  my ability.

* Gaming: I can show you how to optimize your graphics card settings to get the  

  best frame rate and video quality


My rate:

$50.00/hr no matter what it is.  If I cannot fix your problem you will not be

charged.

You will of course have to pay for new software/hardware yourself.  I will

gladly buy hardware/software for you and install it and bill you after.
