Dilute Calico - Medium - Young - Female - Cat - Annie
Annie came to us on a bitter cold evening in late February. She was left in a cardboard box on the sidewalks in the middle of Mass Ave! The handwritten note that came taped to the box explained that Annie was rescued from an alley in Dorchester. A more detailed story about Annie's intake is on our blog: http://careinitiative.blogspot.com/2009/03/special-delivery-from-god.html Despite her past, Annie has adjusted remarkably well to her life at our adoptions office. She is a very sweet and playful cat who has bonded with Jack, a fellow alley cat. They wrestle and chase each other all day long, and even kiss and lick each other often! The two of them are such great friends we just can't bear to adopt them out to separate homes. The two cats complement each other very well too! Jack is the lap cat, and Annie is the adventurous playful mischief. If you are interested in adopting Annie and Jack, fill out an application on our website (http://www.careinitiative.org/adopt.html) and we'll be in touch! *The profile picture (w/ a black border) was generously provided by Diana Sechrist, our volunteer pro-photographer. Visit Diana's website at www.dianasechrist.com to see what she has to offer! Maybe it's time for your pooch or kitty to get a glamour shot too! *
