Domestic Short Hair-black - Medium - Young - Female - Cat - Melo
Description
I was visiting a friend, and when I was walking to the entrance of her building I heard a crying sound. It sounded like a baby, but I quickly realized it was a cat. She was hiding under the tire of a car. According to people residing in the area she had been there for several days and she had just been dropped there/abandoned. Someone had left her a handful of dry cat food but it was covered in ants and she was unable to eat it. The area was extremely busy with traffic and pedestrians. She looked panicked and desperately tried to get everyone and anyones attention, but people just kept walking by. Because she was so friendly and willing to walk up to anyone, my biggest fear was that she might find her way into the hands of a human that might cause her harm. She cried to me and I could not leave her there, so I took her home with me that night. Her name is Melody. She has been to the vet and is in perfect health and up to date on all of her vaccinations. I have a folder ready wiht all of her medical paperwork. She will need to be spayed.
