Pug - Medium - Young - Male - Dog - Maxx
Description
Maxx is a four years old boy and is currently 38 lbs. His foster mom is already working on changing his diet & exercising him to get him to his ideal weight w/ 2.5 mile walks a day. He tends to be high energy (probably b/c he didnt get enough exercise in his previous home) and is playful with his foster siblings. Update from his foster mom 10/5/09: Today, Maxx walked almost 8 miles. We did our normal morning walk and then a friend called and asked us to go walking on a 4 mile loop. He turns out to be very good with kids. One of the kids walked/ran him today on their own! He also met a toddler and was fine! Food for Maxx...he always wants it. He has the potential of being a counter surfer and dumpster diver if you don't keep an eye on him. He doesn't beg at the table though and doesn't expect to be fed from the table. He goes willingly into his crate at night and sometimes will go in there on his own. If I can't find him, I check there and find him resting with the door open. Maxx is neutered and house trained to go outside. Please see our website at www.pugrescue.org
