Meet handsome Dylan! When it comes to nice dogs we are not sure you could meet a nicer boy! He is very sweet and affectionate with just a touch of shyness. Dylan was pulled out of high-kill shelter before time ran out. Because he is a black dog, he wasn't the first choice of anyone that walkedinto the shelter....Black Dog Syndrone is a sad reality for so many nice black dogs....whether they are purebred breeds or not, they are last to be adopted, and first to be euthanized in almost every shelter in the U.S. Dylan is approx. a year old and weighs 55lbs. He is in a foster home learning manners and is being crate-trained. We do not know what he is mixed with but he has a touch of sable running through his lovely coat. Our dogs are placed into foster homes in New England and Georgia. They are sometimes boarded in our local Veterinary Clinics or private boarding facilities. All puppies will have age appropriate health care including a minimum of (2) Distemper/Parvo vaccinations, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and de-wormed. If old enough they will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated for Rabies and tested for heartworm diasease. All dogs transported to their new homes will have a Health Exam by a Veterinarian with a fecal test performed. They must pass their exams to be issued a Health Certificate for travel. All dogs are transported by a USDA licensed company in a climate controlled vehicle. Adoption fee is $375 regardless if pet is adopted locally or out of state. We are happy to provide our vet references upon request!
