Meet handsome Scuba...an awfully nice boy who is deserving of a loving new family. Scuba was found 'diving' into a dumpster along a rural country road. He had lost most of his hair and was about starved to death. A nice man that happened to be stopping by the dumpster heard noises in the bin and took pity on the boy, called us. He is healthy now and his hair coat has all grown back! he is now looking for that special family that will love him the rest of his life. Scuba loves people, other dogs and is crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. For more information, or to request an adoption application, please email catnapper@cox.net. He is approx. 2 years old and weighs 55 - 60lbs, neutered and fully vaccinated. PLEASE READ OUR ADOPTION GUIDELINES FOUND ON THE HOMEPAGE OF OUR STAR BRIGHT WEBSITE: www.starbright.petfinder.org.Please Note: We are not a shelter or a kennel. Our dogs are placed into foster homes in New England and Georgia. They are sometimes boarded in our local Veterinary Clinics or private boarding facilities. All puppies will have age appropriate health care including a minimum of (2) Distemper/Parvo vaccinations, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and de-wormed. If old enough they will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated for Rabies and tested for heartworm diasease. All dogs transported to their new homes will have a Health Exam by a Veterinarian with a fecal test performed. They must pass their exams to be issued a Health Certificate for travel. All dogs are transported by a USDA licensed company in a climate controlled vehicle. Adoption fee is $375 regardless if pet is adopted locally or out of state. We are happy to provide our vet references upon request!
