To my potential new family, Hi my name is Madison Serena! I am a fun loving dog full of spunk and spirit..Just check out my crazy ears. They fit my personality perfectly. I love everyone, but can be on the shy side at first. I do great with kids, and other dogs ( I live with little ankle biters, ok they are chihuahuas and I admit, I love to nibble on their ankles as well. We love to play, play, play!) I do not care much for sharing my bones so if I could find a home where that is possible that is great but I do love the company of other dogs. I am a homebody. Love to play with my foster mom and her dogs, sometimes I get out of hand but they said I need some obedience and training and I am a very fast learner. I already know some basic commands. Going places are fun but the car makes me a little sick, so an open field and I am happy to go go go. I am around 2 years old and they think I am a boxer, shepherd mix. I have beautiful markings and between that and the ears I am truely unique. I get my middle name Serena after the tennis player since as a baby I always carried around tennis balls. Our dogs are placed into foster homes in New England and Georgia. They are sometimes boarded in our local Veterinary Clinics or private boarding facilities. All puppies will have age appropriate health care including a minimum of (2) Distemper/Parvo vaccinations, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and de-wormed. If old enough they will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated for Rabies and tested for heartworm diasease. All dogs transported to their new homes will have a Health Exam by a Veterinarian with a fecal test performed. They must pass their exams to be issued a Health Certificate for travel. All dogs are transported by a USDA licensed company in a climate controlled vehicle. Adoption fee is $375 regardless if pet is adopted locally or out of state. We are happy to provide our vet references upon request!
