I am the founder and owner of Esquire Direct Legal Services, an online virtual law practice based in Massachusetts. I started my online firm in August 2009, with the goal of offering low cost limited legal services throughout the Commonwealth.

I need partners! I can hire up to 5 legal professionals - attorneys or paralegals - to assist with this venture. The most pressing concern to any start-up practice is client development. As a member of the practice, you would be required to assist in marketing and client recruitment efforts. My goal is to have 200-300 clients by this time next year, folowed by 20-30% growth per year thereafter, as the firm expands to surrounding areas. A strong client base will ensure a good revenue stream regardless of the state of teh economy.

This opportunity is perfect for those looking to start a new firm, or expand a traditional firm to take advantage of web-based technology. I will partner with already established law practices and/or accept referrals that meet the firm's criteria. The concept is simple - customers who visit your site and sign-up for legal services become automatic clients of the firm. They can generate over 200 legal documents, and store them securely online or print them out for their records. We assist the client by reviewing their documents for legal sufficiency and providing legal advice as necessary. We typically charge much less than a traditional practice, which saves our customers money. We can do this because of our low overhead. The process is automated using the same type of technology used by LegalZoom and RocketLawyer. The difference, and our selling point, is we offer bona-fide legal services, not just document automation, so we can capitalize on each client by servicing all of their legal needs from start to finish. The web-based platform also allows us to customize our offerings, create our own legal templates, collect fees through an established merchant acount or traditional billing, create options for each product, bundle products for economy, track and communicate with clients and much more. It is a complete functioning legal system that rivals those in larger law firms.
