Overview
The Manager is responsible for the operation of a Laser Quest Centre and local marketing, in conjunction with the General Manager. You will grow your skills by partnering with the General Manager in the operation of the Centre, functioning as a team leader in directing and supervising staff and providing outstanding levels of Customer service and fun.

Job Responsibilities Include:
* Assist General Manager in marketing plans, taking responsibility for special projects including attracting specific groups and special promotions

* Function as team leader of the Crew, ensuring everyone is motivated and productive in achieving Company standards, while personally setting an example for high standards of service

* Interview prospective employees using behavioural-based interviewing techniques
* Develop team members using established in-house training programs and materials
* Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding Customer expectations and leading by example to deliver the WOW
* In conjunction with the General Manager, assess the performance of staff and deliver performance reviews on a timely basis

· Responsible for reconciling daily revenue to games played on a rotational basis with the other members of the management team (funds, change machine) within company standards, as well as being responsible for all funds within the Centre as per financial guidelines

· In charge of FUN; creating and encouraging others to create fun for Customers utilizing the Front of House Fun manual


Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate is high energy, outgoing, has strong coaching and leadership skills, and thrives on taking a leading role in building a world class Laser Quest location.
* Minimum 2 – 4 years supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, service or entertainment industry
* College or university degree (or equivalent work experience)
* Community involvement
* Exceptional customer service
* Basic computer skills
* Able to work days, nights and weekends
