InVision Learning passionately creates web based training solutions that engage learners, improve performance and help organizations grow. InVision is currently seeking an Instructional Designer to create leading-edge interactive multimedia and web-based eLearning applications.

InVision Learning is seeking a highly motivated, creative thinker who is able to work independently and as part of a team of programmers and designers. The ideal candidate will have experience writing course content and creating course structure and design for Web-based e-Learning solutions. Strong knowledge of e-Learning is required, and candidate must possess excellent facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Plans and manages all phases of the instructional design.
* Partners with trainers on all phases of a project.
* Works collaboratively with business partners to ensure training goals are aligned with business goals.
* Designs and develops instructional materials.

Requirements:
· 3-5 years’ experience designing and developing training programs
· Knowledge of Global English
· Excellent written, communication, presentation and organization skills
· Experience developing Web-based course content for a variety of different industries
· Extensive knowledge of Instructional Design and adult learning principles
· Proven ability to think creatively and effectively troubleshoot/problem solver.
