Hi,
This doll house is in excellent condition. The rooms are carpeted and the kitchen has linoleum on the floor, of course you can change all that to your liking The windows have plexi glass.

The doll house is a lovely shade of green which can easily be freshened up with your favorite color.I also have the flower boxes that go beneath the windows and the flowers as well.
