This ring is crafted in polished 14K gold, and features 68 round cut 1.7mm yellow sapphires and 34 round cut 1.7mm pink sapphires.
All are in pave settings in an unforgettable heart design.
The total (yellow) yellow and pink sapphire weight is approximately 2.21ct. The setting size is 7/16" x 3/4" with a height of 1/8". Low profile and doesn't catch on anything.
