We are seeking several skilled Internal Business Development Executives to be a part of an exciting ground floor opportunity. In this role you will become part of a high energy team with a company expanding internationally!

Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills with strong phone presence
* Ability to present a professional image through speaking
* Strong attention to detail including superior follow through skills
* MUST be motivated, driven and demonstrate a professional level of persistence
* Ability to follow directions and adhere to a successful sales strategy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools
* Previous experience in an outbound call center/ inside sales/account management desired

Responsibilities:
* Perform outbound sales calls to generate leads for a software based product
* Contact companies throughout the nation promoting an HR/software solutions product
* Schedule and conduct product demos online
* Close business deals over the phone
* Perform other related office and peripheral business development responsibilities as needed

This role will provide a base salary during training, offering a generous sign on bonus upon successful completion of training and achievable quotas with very competitive monthly commission plan. Target compensation 80K-100K+!
