This position is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing proactive support for customers and associates, ensuring prompt, courteous assistance to customers at Merchandise Pickup. Safe, timely and accurate performance of all receiving activities, including unloading merchandise, merchandise preparation and staging, outbound shipments and daily backroom activites, maintenance of stockrooms and hold for merchandise bins. assisting the operations/store mgr with scheduling, coaching, training and supervising. prior customer service experience preferred, also HR or equivalent training related to coaching, training and supervising preferrred. prior receiving and merchandise/inventory protection experience preferred, experience with supervision of business operations in a retail setting preferred. ability to assist in leading and developing a team of associates.
