Hi there!

We have a small two-bedroom apartment in the Fenway/Kenmore area and
are in need of a new third roommate as soon as possible!
The $600 monthly rent covers heat and hot water... other utility fees
are not included but are quite low.
Either male or female is fine and will determine which of the two of
us you will actually be sharing a bedroom with.
Since we are one guy and one girl, you'll need to be comfortable
living with both sexes.

We're very close to the Back Bay area, Newbury Street, Fenway Park,
and lots of other fun things, and getting to school is about a 20
minute walk or commute. The closest T stop to our place is Hynes Convention Center.
