bedroom available in nice 2 bedroom first floor apartment of rt 28 in medford. First/security due $1000 total, dishwasher, free laundry, storage, on street parking but landlords would prefer you didn't have a car. Bus stop down street to malden or wellington station on the orange line. utilities in the winter will be another $100 cable/internet, gas/electric. I will switch one bill over to your name for my protection as well. Please be able to pay on time! Clean your own mess. I have a cleaner that will come as well.

I am 26 yo female with one cat. No other pets please. nanny/model, bi, out at night, up late in the am unless working at 7am Mon and Fri. I use the apartment for photo shoots as well.
