This Pilates machine operates at various resistance levels based on the number of bands attached to the unit. Add or remove bands based on your desired level of resistance. Handgrips or leg loops can be attached to the rope based on the type of exercise desired. Leg loops are used with the additional length of rope supplied and can be adjusted by the Velcro on the loop.
